This agreement explains the responsibilities of customers who book or attend rooftop events through RentRoof.
RentRoof is a marketplace and listing platform for real physical rooftop spaces. RentRoof and SUF Digital do not own, operate, manage, inspect, control or guarantee any listed rooftop space unless expressly stated in writing. Guests and tenants are responsible for verifying venue details, following host rules, managing their invitees, protecting personal belongings, respecting neighbors and building rules, and ensuring their event is safe, lawful and suitable. RentRoof may support communication and dispute review, but RentRoof and SUF Digital are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, cancellation, illegal activity, guest conduct, property issue or third-party service connected to a booking or event.

Guests must follow all rules shared by the host, including rules about music, food, smoking, photography, decorations, furniture use, cleanup, entry, exit and restricted areas.
If the host, building management, security team or applicable law requires CNIC, ID or guest verification, the tenant is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring guests cooperate with the verification process.
Guests must follow the agreed booking time, setup time and checkout time. Late arrival, overtime, early setup or delayed departure may be refused or may require additional host approval and charges.
Guests are responsible for keeping music, speakers, crowd noise and event activity within the limits set by the host, building rules, neighborhood standards and applicable law.
Guests must not exceed the agreed guest count or the listing capacity. The host may refuse entry or stop the event if the group exceeds safe or agreed limits.
The tenant is responsible for damage, breakage, stains, missing items, misuse of facilities or extra cleaning caused by the tenant, guests, vendors, decorators, photographers or any person invited by the tenant.
Guests must not use any rooftop for unlawful, unsafe, abusive, harmful or prohibited activity. Hosts may stop or report any event that appears illegal, unsafe or in violation of property rules.
Guests are responsible for their own phones, bags, valuables, equipment, gifts, decorations, food items and personal belongings. RentRoof is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
Guests must respect neighbors, residents, staff, guards and building management. This includes parking responsibly, avoiding disturbance, keeping shared areas clean and following all building entry and exit rules.
