RentRoof is a listing and marketplace platform that helps users discover rooftop spaces for events in Pakistan. RentRoof does not own, operate, manage, inspect, verify or control any listed rooftop space.

RentRoof provides a digital place where hosts may publish rooftop listings and customers may browse, inquire or arrange bookings. The actual rooftop space, event arrangement and user interaction remain between the host, tenant, guests and any third parties involved.

RentRoof does not verify hosts, tenants, guests, property ownership, rooftop safety, building permission, facilities, pricing, availability or the legal suitability of any rooftop for an event.

Any listing review, manual check, document request, phone call, profile check or moderation action by RentRoof is for general platform trust and safety only. It does not mean RentRoof guarantees that a person, property, document, statement, price, facility or event arrangement is accurate, lawful, safe or suitable.

All users are responsible for checking and confirming all details directly before making any booking, payment, visit or arrangement. This includes the rooftop location, host identity, tenant identity, property permission, facilities, event rules, safety conditions, pricing, cancellation terms and any local or building requirements.

Users should ask questions, request current photos where needed, confirm access routes, check guest limits, review house rules and make sure the rooftop is appropriate for the planned event before proceeding.

Hosts are responsible for confirming that they own the rooftop space or have permission from the owner, landlord, building society, management committee or other authorized person before listing it on RentRoof.

Tenants are responsible for asking the host about ownership, authorization and building permission if those details matter for the booking or event.

RentRoof does not inspect rooftop safety, stairs, railings, electrical systems, washrooms, furniture, kitchen areas, parking, entry routes, emergency exits or any other facility shown in a listing.

Hosts and tenants must confirm whether the space is safe, accessible, suitable for the expected guest count and compliant with applicable building, neighborhood, society and local rules.

Payment terms, deposits, refunds, cancellations, damage claims and rescheduling are primarily between the host and tenant unless RentRoof expressly states otherwise in writing.

RentRoof may provide communication tools, listing records or reasonable support for dispute review, but RentRoof is not a court, arbitrator, insurer, payment guarantor or property manager.

RentRoof and SUF Digital are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, cancellation, misrepresentation, illegal activity, safety issue, payment issue or incident that may occur before, during or after any rooftop booking, visit, event or interaction between users.

This includes issues caused by hosts, tenants, guests, neighbors, vendors, decorators, photographers, caterers, building staff, security teams, payment providers or any other third party.

Users should use their own judgment before visiting, booking, accepting payment, hosting an event or allowing guests into a property. If something appears unsafe, unclear, unlawful or suspicious, users should not proceed.

RentRoof may remove listings, restrict accounts or review complaints where appropriate, but these actions do not create responsibility for user conduct, property conditions or event outcomes.
