Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 28, 2026. These terms explain how RentRoof works as a marketplace platform and set expectations for hosts, tenants and users.

Marketplace Disclaimer

RentRoof is a marketplace and listing platform that connects rooftop space owners, hosts, and customers. RentRoof and SUF Digital do not own, operate, manage, inspect, control, or guarantee any listed rooftop space unless expressly stated in writing. All hosts and customers are responsible for verifying each other, confirming venue details, following applicable laws, and ensuring that the event is safe, lawful, and suitable. RentRoof may perform manual verification for platform trust and safety, but such verification does not create any warranty, guarantee, or liability on RentRoof or SUF Digital for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, cancellation, misrepresentation, illegal activity, or incident arising from a booking, event, host, guest, property, or third-party service.

This page is provided for general platform use and should not be treated as legal advice. RentRoof should have final terms reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch or before handling live bookings and payments.

Marketplace Role of RentRoof

RentRoof is a listing and marketplace platform that helps users discover, compare and request rooftop spaces for private events. RentRoof is not the owner, operator, manager, landlord, tenant, broker, agent, event planner, caterer, security provider or event organizer of any listed rooftop space.

Hosts are independent third parties who create and manage their own listings. Tenants and guests choose whether to book or attend a space based on the information provided by the host and their own judgment.

Host and Tenant Responsibility

Hosts are responsible for their property, listing details, availability, pricing, house rules, permissions, safety arrangements and legal compliance.

Tenants are responsible for checking listing details before booking, following host rules, respecting the property and ensuring that their event remains lawful, safe and appropriate for the booked venue.

Manual Verification

RentRoof may manually review listings, host details, uploaded content or reported issues. Manual verification is a platform safety measure only. It does not make RentRoof the owner, operator or guarantor of any rooftop.

Verification does not guarantee that a listing is risk free, fully accurate, available at all times, suitable for every event or compliant with every local requirement.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings, deposits, balance payments, refunds, cancellations and schedule changes are handled according to the listing terms, host policy and any booking confirmation shared with the tenant.

RentRoof may provide tools for booking requests, communication or payment facilitation. Unless clearly stated otherwise, RentRoof is not a party to the rental arrangement between host and tenant.

Listing Accuracy

Hosts must provide accurate photos, pricing, capacity, amenities, location guidance, restrictions and event rules. Hosts must update listings when details change.

RentRoof may edit, hide, suspend or remove listings that appear misleading, incomplete, unsafe, unlawful or harmful to users or the platform.

Event Rules and Conduct

Tenants and guests must follow all host rules, building rules, community standards and applicable laws. This includes rules about noise, guest count, timings, music, food, alcohol, smoking, photography, waste disposal and respectful conduct.

Hosts may refuse, stop or report an event if the tenant or guests violate agreed rules, damage property, create safety concerns or behave unlawfully.

Damage, Loss, Injury, and Disputes

Hosts and tenants are responsible for resolving property damage, missing items, personal injury, event disruption, cancellation disagreements and payment disputes connected to a booking.

RentRoof may provide communication records, booking information or reasonable support for dispute review, but RentRoof is not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, claims or conduct caused by hosts, tenants, guests, vendors, neighbors or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentRoof is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of business, personal injury, property damage, event cancellation, inaccurate listings or disputes between users.

Users agree that they use RentRoof and any listed rooftop space at their own discretion and risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Consumer Protection and Dispute Resolution

RentRoof aims to maintain fair platform rules, clear listing information and a reasonable complaint review process for online users. Users should first contact the other party and RentRoof support with booking details, evidence and a clear description of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the platform process, hosts and tenants may use any applicable legal, consumer protection or alternative dispute resolution remedy available under Pakistani law.
