RentRoof is a marketplace and listing platform. RentRoof and SUF Digital do not own, operate, manage, inspect, control or guarantee any listed rooftop space unless expressly stated in writing. Refunds, cancellations, deposits, damages and event disputes are primarily between the host and the tenant based on the agreed booking terms and host policy. RentRoof may assist with communication, record review or platform support, but such support does not create any warranty, guarantee, refund obligation or liability for RentRoof or SUF Digital for any loss, cancellation, damage, dispute, injury, illegal activity, host conduct, guest conduct, property issue or third-party service.
A booking is confirmed only when the host accepts the request and the required deposit or payment terms are completed. Inquiry messages, availability checks or pending requests do not guarantee a rooftop, date, timing or price.
Deposits or advance payments may be required by hosts to reserve a rooftop. The refundable or non-refundable nature of any deposit should be clearly stated before confirmation. Tenants should review the host policy before paying.
If a guest or tenant cancels a confirmed booking, the refund depends on the host cancellation policy, timing of cancellation, deposit terms and any agreed expenses already incurred by the host. Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.
If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the host is responsible for informing the tenant promptly and following the agreed cancellation or refund terms. RentRoof may help the tenant find alternate listings where possible, but availability is not guaranteed.
Rescheduling is subject to host approval, rooftop availability and any price difference for the new date or timing. A reschedule request is not confirmed until the host accepts it in writing or through the platform.
If the tenant or guests do not arrive, arrive late or leave early, the booking may still be treated as used. Refunds for no-show, late arrival or early departure depend on the host policy and agreed booking terms.
If an event is stopped, shortened or refused because the tenant or guests violate host rules, building rules, legal requirements, guest count limits, noise restrictions or safety instructions, the tenant may not be eligible for a refund.
Hosts may claim deductions for damage, missing items, extra cleaning, overtime, rule violations or other costs caused by the tenant, guests or vendors. Tenants should ask the host to provide reasonable details or evidence for such claims.
For refund or cancellation disputes, hosts and tenants should first try to resolve the issue directly. RentRoof may review booking records, messages, payment references or submitted evidence, but RentRoof is not a court, arbitrator or insurer.
